Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the operator of MVCLM.com (the "Website Operator") governing your access to and use of the MVCLM.com website (the "Website").

Proprietary Framework License

The MVCLM Framework constitutes proprietary software and is not governed by these Website Terms of Use.

Use, modification, distribution, or any other exploitation of the MVCLM Framework requires a separate written license agreement with the Website Operator. The framework is not open source software and no rights are granted to use the framework except through explicit written agreement.

These Terms govern solely your use of the Website and do not convey any rights to the MVCLM Framework itself.
